We offer a personalised service, aiming to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients. It is important to us that you choose the right artist for your event and we often recommend speaking with a consultant who will spend time understanding your needs and provide you with ideas and solutions. Booking Process

1.Once we have consulted with you and received all the details for your event, we will email you an accurate quote with different options.

2.Choose what option best suits your event, and then we will email you the tax invoice and contract.

3.To confirm your booking, ARJAY MUSIC requires a 50% deposit payable via direct transfer (eft), cash or cheque, along with the return of your signed contract.

4.Any song requests require a minimum of 4 weeks notice given prior to your event.

5.Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event, as well as an accurate running sheet/schedule. This will help to ensure your entertainment runs smoothly.
